The Aggies were playing a football game in Colorado this weekend and we decided to be spontaneous and drive out there. We left on Friday after school, drove 8 hours and stayed in Fort Collins for two nights and then drove back on Sunday.
On Saturday we drove into Denver.
Brynn has always wanted to go to an American Girl doll store and since visiting one in NYC 6 years ago, I have always wanted to take her. Denver is the closest AGD store location.
We had one of her dolls get her hair done and ears pierced in the doll salon
It was so much fun being surrounded by everything American Girl Doll. ( I begged Brynn to not get any older so we could eventually buy everything in the store before she out grew dolls.)
The boys went to the Lego Store while we were at the American Girl Doll store.
Brett and Gavin went to the Aggie game that night while we swam in the hotel pool, and watched a movie and put together Legos. It was a fun little spontaneous trip.
