1. We have been together for 13 years and I can honestly say that for every single day of those 13 years he has made me feel loved. I know he loves me with all of his heart.
2. He is a big comfort in my life. He always lets me get my feelings out and never questions how I feel. He always wraps me in his arms and makes me feel safe and happy.
3. He is so easy to please. Simple things make him so happy.
4. He is always so thankful for anything you do for him. Every night he thanks me for dinner, and keeping the house clean, and reminds me I am doing a good job.
5. He always notices when I get a new haircut, or wear new clothes. He tells me everyday how beautiful I am. He notices me.
6. He always makes me feel good about myself. He is never critcal of me. He encourages me every day to do things that make me happy and often asks about my hobbies and interests.
7. He is such a fun dad. The kids ask me all the time if Dad is going to stay home from work, and are always disappointed when he isn't. He plays video games, Legos, and sports with them. He is so much more fun than boring old mom.
8. Everyday he asks the kids and me how our day was and loves listening to us explain everything. He never gets tired of being around us and understanding who we are.
9. I suffer from depression (which is hard for me to talk about) and my husband is so patient and loving towards me through this challenge in my life. He gets me somehow, even though he has never delt with mental illness before. I can't explain what a big blessing this is to me in my life. When everyone else gets frustrated with me and wants to give up on me, he never does. And I know he never will.
10. Together we have created the family I have always yearned for. I am so thankful that we found each other and have 3 beautiful children together, and a great life that I am often not thankful enough for.
But today I am very thankful for my husband, and the father of our kids. You are the best Brett!

I remember when you were at my wedding all night he sat in the cornor and waited for you. I knew then that he was a great guy! I am so glad that you have someone so wonderful in your life to help you through all the road bumps in life.
