We stopped at our cruise line's private island in the Bahamas for our first excursion off the boat. We hung out on the beach and snorkeled all day.
These are our super sexy life vests.
I bought a protective water proof case for my camera. It worked on this day (more on that to come). I got some awesome underwater shots. We also fell in love with snorkeling. It is a whole new world when you put your face in the water.
There were whole schools of fish just sitting in groups swaying with the waves.

That night we went with a few of the couples to eat in the Dining room. You have to dress up a little bit for the dining room, but our cruise was Freestyle cruising so we could eat whenever and whereever we wanted.
The Dining room was awesome! You could order an appetizer, main course, and dessert. The best part: you could order as many appetizers, main courses, and desserts as you wanted! There were nights when we would order 3 appetizers 2 entrees and 2 or 3 desserts!
And the food was fabulous!!! It was so flavorful and well cooked. You get used to eating a lot of good food anytime you want without having to cook it yourself.

That night we went to a show, and then played games. (For those on the trip with us..."donuts on tripods" will always make me giggle).
